The SPEF facilitates partnerships among Stamford's public schools, corporations and businesses, private
foundations and community groups that provide services and programs for students. The outcome of this
collaboration among the Foundation, the community and the public schools will be focused, high quality
educational initiatives designed to meet the needs of Stamford's students, as identified by the school
district and the individual schools.
